2 Ton Single Girder crane 🏗

That was our contribution in the Cairo Metro Project Line 3 – Phase 3: Imbaba Workshop.

This participation includes the largest workshop in the Middle East and Africa with an area of 65 acres. In particular, the 3rd Phase is 7.1 KM long, with 5 stations along the way, and it runs from KitKat station to Cairo University.

We are really proud of our continuous involvement in the Egyptian Railway industry.

Cairo Monorail Project

Great projects and bigger initiatives are coming up our way !

You have definitely heard of Cairo’s Monorail project, which will shape our city’s identity as a modern state.

We gladly supported this iconic transit system with our supreme 8 TON single – girder crane.

This project includes a 57 km line connecting the New Administrative city with East of Nile and a second 42 km line connecting West of Nile with Giza, and will be able to transport 45,000 passengers per hour when it’s completed.

What’s more significant to us other than seeing our crane operating just in front of the pyramids?

Yes, it’s true our supreme 60 (Ton) gantry crane is proudly standing high in front of one of the most iconic sightseeing spots in Egypt!

Bashteel Project – Train Station

We are still at the front line of the railway industry, and we will consistently continue to serve every significant project.

MISR For Engineering Works has successfully been supplying cranes for the newly operational Bashtil Railway Train Station with its top notch products as follows:

● 2 × 75 Ton Double Girder Cranes

● 2 × 25 Ton Double Girder Cranes

● 2 × 10 Ton Double Girder Cranes

Bashtil Railway Station located in Giza is set to become a gateway to Upper Egypt, and is expected to serve up to 250,000 passengers daily.

Cairo Metro Line 3 – Phase 3 Work Shop

We are back on track, and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!

MISR For Engineering Works always takes a great role when it comes to the railway industry, and here is our latest contribution in Cairo Metro Line 3, Phase 3B Imbaba Depot:

● 1 × 3.5 Ton Gantry crane

● 1 × 3.2 Ton Single – girder crane

● 1 × 15 Ton Single – girder crane

● 1 × 4 Ton – Monorail crane

● 1 × 5 Ton Single – girder crane

● 2 × 2 Ton Double – girder cranes

Phase 3B construction begins from KitKat Station, travels beneath Sudan Street (a new station), then passes through Imbaba to the Ring Road’s Axis, and ends at the Rod al-Farag Axis. The entire project will be 6.6 km (4.1 mil) long and include six new stations over all.

This extension will expectedly facilitate the entire transfer process.

Cairo Metro Line 3 – Phase 4b

MISR For Engineering Works has previously assisted in the upgrading of the Egyptian underground railways, and we will proudly continue its development with our full potential.

Gladly, we contributed to the establishment of Cairo Metro Line 3, Phase 4B using our 5 Ton Overhead Crane.

Overhead Crane (10/5 TON) for Railway Company

We at MISR for Engineering Works believe in the necessity of constant improvement, and one of our core priorities is to achieve excellence in every key initiative project.
With extreme pride, we announce our involvement in the upgrading of our Egyptian underground railways tractors, as we supported this evolution by supplying it with the remarkable 10/5 ton double girder overhead crane.
Egyptian Railways is the backbone of passenger transportation with 800 million passenger miles annually, and undoubtedly one of the essential pillars in the Egyptian industry.

أنفاق بورسعيد

Port Said Tunnels are among the significant national projects facilitating the movement of containers and encouraging the establishment of factories in East Port Said. In October 2020, three tunnels were majorly underway under the Suez Canal in Port Said.

Misr for Engineering Works contributed with its 1.5 and 2-ton monorails in the drilling and construction work. With a cost exceeding 18 billion pounds for the projects, two of the tunnels are for cars, while the third tunnel is for the railway, aiming to cross trains to connect the east and west of the canal.

مترو القاهرة الكبرى - خط 3 - المرحلة 4 ب

جاء الخط الثالث لمترو القاهرة الكبرى - المرحلة 4 ب كنتيجة لأول مشروع مصري مشترك بين مقاولين وبناة مختلفين ، من بينهم شركة مصر للأعمال الهندسية ، للاستفادة بشكل شامل من الخبرات المختلفة في مجال تنفيذ المترو.

تم تنفيذ المشروع في أكتوبر 2020 ، ويتكون المشروع من ست محطات فوق الأرض مع سبعة جسور تربطها. باستخدام العارضة المزدوجة 10 و 15 طنًا من EOTs مع عارضتين 2 و 5 و 6.3 و 1 طن من EOTs ، فإن أعمال الصيانة لهذا المشروع هي الأكبر في إفريقيا حتى الآن. هذا كله وفقًا للمعايير الدولية للسلامة والجودة والبيئة.

تحت إشراف المشروع المصري المشترك والتعاون الذي تعد شركة مصر للأعمال الهندسية عضوًا فيه ، يتم اليوم تنفيذ أعمال الإشارات والاتصالات ومحطات الجهد العالي والمعدات الكهروميكانيكية من قبل مقاولين فرسيين.

سقيفة الزقازيق

Egypt has been relentlessly working to develop crossways, railway lengths, rails, signals, fleet of vehicles tractors, stations, close crossings to improve facilities for citizens and put an end to illegal crossroads that lead to train accidents. In January 2015, Misr for Engineering Works underwent a roads and bridges construction-related project, titled Zagazig’s Shed.

The Zagazig Shed’s project was established for storage and equipping and maintaining the new air-conditioned vehicles and storing the trains, while also being a source for workshops when needed. In its part, Misr for Engineering Works put to use its 20-ton double girder EOT and 75-ton double girder EOT.
